1. Introduction

Welcome to East Gate Hosting, a brand owned and operated by East Gate Solutions doo Beograd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our services – including web hosting, render servers, and gaming servers – you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply globally, including to customers in the EU and US.

2. Services Provided

Web Hosting – Shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting for websites and applications.
Render Servers – High-performance compute for rendering, simulation, and visual workloads.
Gaming Servers – Dedicated or shared servers for multiplayer games.

All services are offered on monthly or yearly subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are accepted via credit card.
Charges may be made in USD or RSD, as selected at checkout. Taxes/fees may apply per jurisdiction.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and sufficient funds.

5. Refund Policy

Web Hosting: Full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
Render Servers & Gaming Servers: Non-refundable once activated. A “Try Before You Buy” program provides up to 3 days of trial access prior to purchase.
Refunds (when applicable) are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Add-ons, domains, and third-party services are typically non-refundable.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive for high uptime and reliability. Scheduled maintenance or network updates may cause temporary interruptions; where possible, advance notice will be provided. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control, including upstream provider issues, general internet outages, or force majeure events.

7. Acceptable Use

You must use services lawfully and respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:

Hosting, distributing, or linking to illegal materials or content that infringes intellectual property.
Malware, phishing, spamming, DDoS or network abuse, or attempts at unauthorized access.
Cryptocurrency mining or similar compute-intensive tasks without our prior written consent.
Any activity that violates applicable Serbian, EU, US, or international laws or regulations.

8. Termination & Cancellation

8.1 By the Customer

You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility follows Section 5.

8.2 By East Gate Hosting

We may suspend or terminate, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, engage in illegal/abusive activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, access to services and data may be disabled immediately. You are responsible for maintaining offsite backups.

9. Data & Privacy

We process only the data necessary to provide services and comply with applicable laws, including the EU GDPR. See our separate Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, retention, and your rights.

10. Support & Communication

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, business, or profits. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Modifications to Services & Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
